Shipping and Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund only if there is a default and we are notified within 48 hours of receiving your products with a restock fee of 15%. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If there is a problem with any product you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was damage or broken after delivery. We will replace damage or broken item with free shipping. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please allow up to 2 weeks in some cases for your items to all be shipped. We ship most of the products UPS delivery. In some cases, we use USPS for delivery.
Orders sub-totalling $300 or more should email us. The new invoice total will be emailed with the right shipping charges. Thank you for your time and support. We really appreciate your business with us.
